“I’ve worked day and night for the Liberal party for three years”. -

Michael Ignatieff as quoted in MacLean’s

Three years is a long time. Over a thousand days. One more if there’s a leap year in there. And Mr. Ignatieff worked all that time for the Liberal Party. OK, he did get paid, but the hours were long.

Scanning his interview with Ken Whyte, at least one more thing jumps out. He says of the Bloc that it would be “difficult” to do a deal with them because they “have different strategic objectives”. Well, I guess that’s one way to say they want to break up the country. Andrew Coyne notwithstanding, I don’t think the Prime Minister has ever hesitated to mention that.

I have a hunch this might not be the last Ignatieff Stuidism.
